you make me feel like i'm - - - - - - - juliette looked down the hallway left and right, making sure nobody was there as she left the slytherin common room. licking at her lips, she pulled at her skirt a bit to be comfortable, and started walking in random directions. her eyes narrowed for a moment, widening quickly as a devious smile slid onto her face. with a soft chuckle, juliette pulled her wand out of her robe and twirled it in her fingers, looking around her again as she made it to the hall outside the library. in the six years that she'd been at hogwarts, she'd never really spent much time in the library other than to mess with the books. studying just wasn't something that she really needed, unless there were special circumstances. since there was none tonight, she stepped into the library and found a table, putting a few books on top of it.
normally her antics would be more planned out, but not today. she was too bored to care much about anything. engorgio, she whispered, pointing her wand at one of the books. .. reducio. jules stared at the books, trying to decide just what she felt like doing. bloody hell. she left the books sitting on the table and started to wander the shelves, rattling her brain for something to do. she stuffed her wand back into her robe, jules gave up and continued to just wander the library. if she was lucky, she'd find someone to bother -- i mean talk to.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - up with the birds , the library wasn't mason's usual hang out spot, but he'd been given a particularly tricky paper in potions and knew nothing on the subject. to be honest, he didn't know a lot about any subject, but at least he tried his best. collecting his books and parchments from his desk, mason tossed them into his satchel and exited through the flowery hufflepuff common room, head bobbing up and down to the song stuck in his head. as usual, he wasn't in any hurry to do his work, and took his sweet time getting to the library.
by the time he finally found his way to the main entrance, mason had started to sing aloud. i've got a lovely bunch of coconuts, dunununun, there they all are standing in a row, dunununun, big ones, small ones, some as big as your hea-- stopping as he stepped into the first few rows, he found himself an abandoned table near the back of the room. with a sigh, he settled into the uncomfortable chair, resting his forehead against the cool wood of the table. accio answers. he mumbled, tired and bored already.

you make me feel like i'm - - - - - - - procrastination was a fine art that juliette had mastered quite well. most of her homework was finished minutes before class, and she managed to get rather good grades somehow. her memory caught on to quite a bit of the things that they learned in this class and that. that was just what jules tended to do when she was in the library. instead of actually doing whatever work, she would just procrastinate and distracting others from their own work. if she was going to have fun, she was at least going to make sure a few other people got distracted from their work as well.
jules couldn't help but smirk at the sound of someone's whispering, trying to call the answers to him. she'd tried that once or twice, not that it got her very far. she turned the corner, smiling as she ducked down to sit against the shelf. wingardium leviosa. juliette smiled, flicking her wand lightly. one of the books pulled off of the shelf, and she guided it to the table in front of the guy. she let it drop a bit heavily onto the table, watching as it flopped open. oops, she said, laughing. jules got up to her feet, putting her wand away again and heading over to the table. sorry. with another smile, she sat down on the ground, looking up at the brunette.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - up with the birds , mason didn't procrastinate, he just forgot about his work. like most of his responsibilities, unless he had his remembrall in his pocket, everything blew right over his head. a lot of this professors mistook his forgetfulness as stupidity, but in all honesty, it was both. first came forgetting about his work, and next came trying to figure how to write his papers without sounding like a complete idiot. a lot of the time, he pulled the answers straight from his ass and hoped they would be enough.
mumbling to the table-top, mason didn't think to look up and check for other students. by the time the text had dropped onto the table, he was already lost in thought. so much so, in fact, that the noise scared the shit out of him. ahhhhhhhhh! he screamed, jumping out of his seat, papers fluttering about him. screw you, peeves, scr-- eyes widening, he stood and stared at the girl sitting on the floor, mouth practically hanging open.

you make me feel like i'm - - - - - - - body language was something that always interested juliette. she loved to watch how people reacted in different situations. she could easily tell if someone was lying in some way thanks to that lovely skill, but she never quite let on to it. she liked to watch people build up on their lies, it was hilarious. then again, there were always exceptions to the rule. but the one thing that she found the most entertaining for just about everyone was fear. to see someone freak out was always entertaining, as long as it was someone else and not herself. once the ball turned on her, things got serious. then again, she was a bit of an adrenaline junky, so she didn't mind all that much if someone tried to freak her out. usually.
this kid's reaction was just about as good as anyone else's, seeing as he thought it had been someone else. jules couldn't hold back her laugh, so she didn't even try to. apologies, mate. 'cept i'm not peeves, obviously. the name's juliette. she grinned widely, making herself comfortable on the ground. you seemed like you needed a break. well.. that, and i was bored. jules' shoulders lifted in a slight shrug, leaning her head against the books behind her.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - up with the birds , mason had never been good with reading people. it wasn't that he didn't care, he just never picked up on the little hints and cues that others easily found. which was why he'd never made many friends at hogwarts, despite the fact that he was in his sixth year. well, there was that and his stupidity. you see, while others understood the difference between laughing at and laughing with, mason had never really picked up on it. especially when it came to pranks.
juliette? he repeated, frowning slightly as the named settled on his tongue. er, well.. you see, i haven't exactly started anything. i mean, i was supposed to have finished this a week ago, but i'm not exactly the best with due dates.
grinning, he lifted his blank piece of parchment to show her, hands still shaking from the shock of being scared. and i think you almost stopped my heart, miss juliette. you sure know how to scare the shite right out of a bloke. [/blockquote][/blockquote][/blockquote]
